THE INSTITUTE

The Institute of Music for Children, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization located in Elizabeth, NJ. The programs and services offered are designed to ensure that children, ages six to fourteen, have fun while learning and gaining an appreciation for the arts.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Institute's mission is to teach and enhance artistic appreciation and expression in the children of our community through professional instructors and role models in a safe and nurturing environment.

VISION

The vision of the Institute is to develop harmony - in the children and the community.

Events

We successfully launched our Afterschool Institute-- Wednesday Night Program on October 8th.

We have officially enrolled 16 students in our classes and/or private lessons.

We are offering group classes in Creative Drama and Dance Exploration for grades 1-3 and 4-6.

Students are also able to take private lessons in Piano, Harp and Guitar.

We plan to have a small sharing on the final day of the program for family and friends on Wed. December 17th.
